Our Pet & Play private encounters give you and your group the chance to enjoy exclusive, hands-on time with our exotic animals. From meeting coatimundis, capybaras, and fennec foxes to discovering even more unique species, this experience is designed to create unforgettable memories in a fun, personalized setting.
Cancellation Policy
- Encounters: Must be canceled or rescheduled 72+ hours in advance. Less than 72 hours = no refund or reschedule.
- Events (Field Trips, Parties, Groups): A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due before the event.
