What to do when we arrive? Is there a late policy?
Once you arrive through the gates, please park in the designated area to the left and remain in your vehicle. A team member will come greet you—this is important, as we must ensure all waivers are completed before entering the exhibits or beginning any animal encounters.
To ensure all guests have the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled visit. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be considered a no-show and automatically canceled. In this case, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
If you call ahead to let us know you're running more than 10 minutes late, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your visit for another time, based on availability.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear to visit?
Yes, for your safety and comfort, we do have a recommended dress code. Closed-toed shoes are required for all guests. We also suggest wearing shirts with sleeves, as our coatimundis love to walk across visitors’ shoulders during encounters. Additionally, we recommend wearing jeans or pants, especially if you’re participating in the fennec fox encounter, which involves kneeling in the sand. Dressing appropriately ensures a more enjoyable and safe experience for both you and the animals!
Are we able to reschedule if there is inclement weather?
While we are equipped to accommodate light rain with our covered area, ensuring that your experience remains enjoyable and comfortable, we understand that severe weather conditions can disrupt plans. In such cases, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your visit for a more suitable time. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to provide flexibility and support to ensure a positive experience.
Are we able to visit without a booking or appointment?
Parkton Animal Oasis accepts visitors by appointment and bookings ONLY! We do not accept walk-in appointments as we offer private encounters, not general admission. Please do not openly enter the oasis as this is our private residence and we will have to take time away from other parties bookings to assist.
What if we have less than 6 people in our group? Is there individual pricing?
Our pricing is designed for groups of up to six people, ensuring an affordable and enjoyable experience for small gatherings - whether 1 person or 6 people the pricing would not change. If your group exceeds this number, we welcome additional visitors at a charge of $10 per additional person. This allows us to maintain the quality of our services and provide the best experience for all guests. Whether you're planning a family outing, a team-building event, or a get-together with friends, we are here to accommodate your needs and make your visit memorable.
