Service Description
- Educational Tour – Learn fun facts and see our friendly farm animals up close. - Personalized Animal Encounters – Meet, touch, and interact with exotic and smaller farm animals. - Animal Feed – Each participant gets 1 cup of animal feed to share with our furry and feathered friends. - Lunch & Snack Area – Enjoy your pre-packed lunch, snacks, or drinks in a separate designated area just for your group.
Cancellation Policy
- Encounters: Must be canceled or rescheduled 72+ hours in advance. Less than 72 hours = no refund or reschedule. - Events (Field Trips, Parties, Groups): A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due before the event. By booking an encounter or event, you agree to these terms.
