2 Hours (1.5 Hours for setup/decor, tour, pet and play; 30 Min cake/food/clean up Educational Tour with larger farm animals, Pet & Play with exotic and smaller animals 1 feed cup per person Separate area for cake, food, decorations, zoo themed music 20 people or fewer ($10 per additional person)
Cancellation Policy
- Encounters: Must be canceled or rescheduled 72+ hours in advance. Less than 72 hours = no refund or reschedule. - Events (Field Trips, Parties, Groups): A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due before the event. By booking an encounter or event, you agree to these terms.
